The coach was on time and very comfortable. On our arrival we over looked our greeter in the hussle and bussle so I rang the helpline and within seconds they had contacted their member of staff and we were located and taken to our coach.
Although travelling as a couple we would have no issues in using Shuttledirect in future when travelling with our children.
