Ms J from United KingdomI had to contact the company direct to change the collection time, this was not easy because of the language problem (despite my best attempts having been learning Spanish for 5 years!) they said I had to make the chAnges via shuttle direct but your form said contact the transfer company direct. They send a small minibus an hour early. I complained as I paid for a private car transfer, and they then drove us direct to airport without picking up other passengers (which he had planned to do). The cost was the same as getting a taxi direct to the airport so next time I will do this.
Although the transfer company arrived too early, he did wait and drove us direct to airport, he then responded to my emails and apologised for the mistake, so I don't blame the company. Shuttle direct should take responsibility for alterations and requests I believe.

Mr M from GermanyI travelled from Palma Mallorca Airport to my residence in Peguera. Waiting for the shuttle to start, took about 30 minutes, that was okay. According to my voucher the travel time has been planned for approximately 30 minutes, but it took me 2 HOURS. This cannot be. Moreover I was the last person on the shuttle and the driver did not drop me off at my residence, not because he did not know where my residence was, but more because he wanted to end his drive, even tough I payed for it so I had to walk with my suitcase. All this happened at 2 o’clock at night. Although it was cheap, these things can not be. I payed for dropping me off at my residence and also for arriving in approximately 30 minutes. Frök S from Sweden. Vara tydligare på siten vem man ska ringa och hur man bekräftar sin bokning trots man fått bekräftelse på den. Bättre kundservice när man ringer som kan förklara hur man ska göra istället för att vara sur. Slutade med att jag inte kunde utnyttja min transfer då jag aldrig fick någon tid på när de skulle hämta mig.

Mr J from SpainAlthough the price was cheap, the service itself was terrible. When booking, you are requested to provide the full address of your hotel, which I did. When the drop off actually took place we were outside a completely different place, I informed the driver of the correct location and he grunted and moaned but eventually took us there. When we asked the driver if he could contact anyone to amend the address for the return journey he just told us to 'call someone'. We asked the hotel to contact the company the day before collection to confirm the address once again to avoid missing our return journey, the agent on the phone was very short with the hotel receptionist but confirmed the hotel and the time of collection. 10 mins prior to the collection I thought it would be a good idea to make sure myself that the bus was infact on the way, at (3.20am). The woman on the phone again was very short, informed me that the bus was going to the incorrect location AGAIN and that she couldn't do anything about it. Luckily the hotel next door also had a guest on the same flight who was being collected by a different bus company and after a small chat with their driver, we were able to pay for a lift with them, resulting in the cost of the journey to double. Shocking, will not be using this company again.

Es gab andere Fahrgäste, die von der Fahrt genervt aus dem Bus ausgestiegen und zu Fuss gelaufen sind. Auf alle Anregungen von den Fahrgästen, hat der Fahrer immer mit "not my problem" geantwortet!
