Beim ersten Mal handelte es sich nur um eine kurze Strecke vom Flughafen zum Hotel von ca. 20 Minuten und obwohl es bei der Buchung einen Zahlendreher gegeben hatte, konnte das im Voraus noch gut geklärt werden und die Abholung vom und zum Flughafen verlief problemlos. Diesmal handelte es sich um eine wesentlich längere Strecke vom Flughafen zum Hotel (über 100 km) und auch da gab es keine Probleme (siehe oben).

Bumped off original flight, but very smooth to rearrange the transfer. Driver was at arrivals with name board as said, and the vehicle was comfortable, air conditioned, and well driven.

Then charged extra for the toll road. Which we didn't have to pay on first trip. But we didn't have time to argue. We just had to pay as we were already late.

Mr T from United KingdomBooking was fine however you need to clearer about the destinations you go to as we put in the next town to where our apartment is and you came back saying it was wrong and we had to use the town next along, even though we emailed you a map showing Manilva and the destination of the apartment.
The transfer from the Airport to the destination address was fine. However the transfer from the destination address to back to the Airport on the 21st July was shocking. The driver arrived on time however appeared very tired eating sweets to keep awake?! As we were driving on the A7 back to Malaga he kept swaying off the road onto the rough patches, even to the point were a police car was behind beeping to get him to move over.
Towards the end of the journey before reaching the fly over towards Malaga Airport. The driver lost control of the car and we collided with the central reservation, causing the car to bounce off it numerous times. Luckily there were no other cars next to us at that point, otherwise it would have been a major accident. This left my Wife and I very shook up, and we were very relieved to reach the airport. I did call you on arrival at the airport to report the incident. However the person we spoke to didn't seem to be bothered about the report.
This has left us feeling very let down in the use of your transport company. We are both still shook up about the event.
