Le transfert aller c'est bien passé avec une attente correcte. pour le transfert de retour après 20 minutes d'attente j'ai dû demander à l'hôtel de téléphoner... Pourquoi cette attente alors que j'étais seule dans le bus pour ce transfert.
assez cher depuis la Suisse alors que depuis l'Allemagne c'est presque moitié prix...

Aufgrund des Sammeltransfers waren viele Reisende unterwegs mit verschiedenen Hotels .
Schlechte Erfahrung mit 2 Stunden Zeitverlust .
Sollte man sich gut überlegen.

Hr. S from AustriaTransfer von Airport Ibiza nach Santa Eulalia gebucht. Hat gut funktioniert, jedoch lange Wartezeit am Flughafen bis zur Abfahrt. Rückfahrt war sehr früh, sodass wir 2 Stunden auf Abflug warten mussten. Preis/Leistung OK, wenn man genügend Zeit hat. Bus gut klimatisiert.

1. arrived 45 mins late
2.one car never even arrived
3. poor communication when trying to locate driver
4. Another car arrived 35 mins late
5. Constant mistakes during booking process, simple procedures not followed i.e. please can you amend time, and amount of passengers was a big ask and took many emails chasing for this to happen
bearing in mind all of these were airport drops- terrible service!
