Versehentlich hatte ich die Buchungsnummer mit der Flugnummer verwechselt, dadurch wäre die Abholung vom Flughafen schwierig geworden. Der Email-Dialog mit dem Shuttledirect-office war sehr freundlich und schnell, alles wurde rechtzeitig korrigiert.
Sehr netter und guter Fahrer! Pünktlich und mit großem Tablet, wo der Name draufstand.

Servizio richiesto il 30 ottobre 2015: l'autista si è presentato con 1 ora di ritardo e ci ha chiesto 3 sterline per pagare il biglietto del parcheggio in aeroporto, ovviamente ci siamo rifiutati. Infine non ha trovato l'hotel IBIS di Hogart Road e siamo stati scaricati davanti alla metro di Earls Curt.

Tuvimos un poco de problema para entendernos dado su acento asiático.
Por lo demás correcto. Nos costó mucho llegar al hotel por el tráfico, pero creo que no es algo achacable al servicio.
En la vuelta fue un auténtico desastre. El conductor llegó 5 minutos tarde. La hora de la recogida de la vuelta fue demasiado justa (llegamos al aeropuerto con menos de 1 hora de tiempo para embarcar, cuando el tiempo para vuelos internacionales es de 2 horas). Pasamos el control de seguridad y equipajes y tuvimos casi que ir corriendo hasta la puerta de embarque para no perder el avión.
Por si esto fuese poco, el conductor no fue en absoluto profesional, manejaba el gps en marcha, hablaba por teléfono sin parar con personas que le gritaban (lo cual hacía horrible el trayecto, además de distraerle y hacer que no fuese lo rápido que necesitábamos), se paró para comprobar la ruta en el arcen porque no estaba seguro de ella, cometió infracciones como conducir con el codo, saltarse señalizaciones para avanzar de manera ilegal o saltarse semáforos en rojo.
Creo que no hay derecho a poner en peligro a la gente así y además llegar tan tarde. Fue absolutamente lamentable.
Correcto. Profesional y cómodo en la ida, pero horrible en la vuelta.

Waited 50 minutes in arrivals hall before driver finally arrived and only after 2 calls to office to chase him up. Not good enough at 5am in the morning! Will use someone else next time. Will be asking for refund.
