The drivers were brilliant but it was chaotic at Rhodes airport. The voucher stated someone would be waiting with our name on a board, there was nobody there we had to hunt out where we should go to find out info & I even tried phoning the number on the voucher. I eventually spotted a shuttledirect desk but this was for coach transfers, the gentleman behind the desk didn't know what I was talking about & a woman working the desks overheard my conversation then took me to another desk where after about 10 mins things eventually got sorted. Overhaul I was very disappointed with the service on our arrival . On departure the driving was waiting for us at the agreed time this journey was far more stress free.

Hr. K from SwitzerlandAlles ok und gut gelaufen. Mit den Koffern hätte es aber sehr knapp werden können. Doch statt 4 Koffer welche angemeldet wurden, hatten wir nur 3 Koffer dabei. Ein 4. Koffer hätte nicht mehr reingepasst, wegen ein riesigen Babysitz (wir brauchten keinen) der sehr viel Platz im Kofferraum einnahm. Glück gehabt! Daher 1 Stern Abzug.
