L'autista non era ad attendere con il cartello con nome come da avviso stampato su ricevuta acquisto. Dopo 30 min. di attesa ho provato a chiamare i numeri da contattare per emergenza e non ha risposto nessuno. Alla fine sono riuscito a trovare l'ufficio che si occupava di Shuttle Direct e sono partito con 1 ora di ritardo.

Met at the baggage claim by driver and taken straight to the hotel. Teenager accidently left her cell phone in the backseat and they went out of their way to return it to the hotel. Much appreciated.

Contraté un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto el 24 de diciembre. Mi shuttle debería haber llegado a las 6:30 a.m. al punto de recogida. Pasados 20 minutos la furgoneta que debería haberme recogido seguía sin aparecer, por lo que decidí llamar al número de teléfono que aparecía en el bono. Primero contacté con la oficina y obviamente no tuve ninguna respuesta, eran las 6:50 y estaría cerrada, así que llamé al número que indicaba como emergencias o contactos fuera del horario laboral. Me respondió un señor con voz de dormido diciendo que el número al que llamaba no era un servicio de transporte, que él no trabajaba y no había trabajado nunca para William´s Garage (el servicio de traslado con el que trabaja Shuttle Direct en Malta) y colgó. El número al que llamé se correspondía con el facilitado en el bono, lo comprobé varias veces, no fue error mío.
Vivo en Malta desde hace casi dos años y conozco como funcionan las cosas allí. El encargado de recogerme simplemente decidió que prefería estar en su casa durmiendo la mañana del 24 de diciembre en vez de hacer su trabajo y en el momento en que llamé decidió negar la existencia de la empresa de traslados.
Finalmente llamé a otro servicio de transporte privado que tardó menos de 15 minutos en mandarme un coche privado.
Esta no ha sido la primera mala experiencia con Shuttle Direct y en concreto con su operador en Malta: William´s Garage. El pasado 28 de agosto ya tuve un problema, esta vez en el aeropuerto, donde pasé más de una hora esperando que viniera mi shuttle a recogerme. Pueden buscar el comentario que escribí en su momento.
En definitiva, Shuttle Direct es un servicio que JAMÁS voy a volver a utilizar y JAMÁS voy a volver a recomendar mientras siga operando a través de una compañía de traslados tan INCOMPETENTE e IMPRESENTABLE como William´s Garage.

good value. A little hard to find in Malta airport. Return journey, driver late and I was first pick-up. not his fault that 3 of the people weren't there at their hotels. lot of traffic so a little late at airport. However it is a good service and I would use it again.

Pickup was over half an hour late due to heavy traffic. Driver seemed stressed but very pleasant and got us there in time.

pick up there was very good car was a bit small but very good service. Return was very prompt larger car so no issues with luggage. The return car smelt heavily of cigarettes and was not very clean. but overhaul a very good value service.
