Checked in at the shuttledirect desk immediately outside of the arrival exit door and directed to a waiting área until all passengers arrived.Waited less than 5 minutes then we were introduced to our driver (English speaking).He had researched our home address in Praia da Gale and he had us home in 40 mins. Our notified pick up time for the transfer to Faro (FAO) was 8-45am for an 11-50am flight departure. The bus arrived at 8-10 am (35 mins.early) which was an inconvenience as we were not ready. Eventually,after much rushing around, we departed our address at 8-30am (still 15 mins.earlier than advised).

Much too long to wait for transfer at airport, late at night with 2 young children. Booked this as supposedly quicker/easier than renting a car, it wasn't! Driver didn't know where they were going despite having full address in advance.

The transfer from the airport to Praia da Galé took far too long. Our flight arrived in at 09:20 and we didn't arrive at our hotel until after 13:00. The transfer back to the airport was much more efficient.
