I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle which I know is stated in the Terms and Conditions but there are no seats in the waiting area. Also it is not easy to hear your name being called

There were young girls in our transport vehicles who were staying in different hostels and he made sure they were all delivered safely to their doors despite not having the correct addresses. This was done with a very pleasant manner despite it being around 12 midnight. He also gave us lots of information about the area on route which was interesting and useful. The return transfer driver was also very polite and helpful. The whole service was very efficient and reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
