I contacted your customer service only to be told that your company did not really care about me and that I was responsible dor your mistake. Your representative was rude by email and really did not help in any way. I am very upset and I will file a dispute with my credit card provider which will help me get reimbursement for half the sum I paid.
I only received service for the return... The driver did not speak english or french but he was polite and respectful. I have been satisfied by this transporter.

Mr A from United Kingdomhi ,after the plane touched down everyones luggage took an hour and half to come through i tried ringing but had no signal ,the lady outside also said she tried to ring but my phone was switched off no there was no signal.When we came out the lady acted as if it was our fault maybe it would be a good idea to see if the luggage has come through.Having said all that the lady did sort out our transport and we were very late so we were thankful for that the execitive mini bus was good and i would use and recommend your company again.many thanks Alan.

Produkt : Habe mit meinem kleinen Sohn über eine halbe Stunde am Flughafen auf den Shuttle warten müssen. Ausrede war, dass es geregnet hat und am Flughafen Straßenkontrollen gewesen wären. Ja, es hat genieselt. Muss ich dann bei richtigem Regen 2h warten? Und es gab keine Straßenkontrollen! Ergo, der beauftragte Shuttleservice hatte wohl einfach kein Fahrzeug frei. Für den Preis ein Unding. Hier bin ich mal auf Ihre Rücknotiz gespannt. Einziges Trostpflaster war, dass der Fahrer dann sehr zügig (aber dennoch sehr sicher) versucht hat, wenigstens etwas von der verlorenen Zeit aufzuholen.

Mr a from United Kingdomwhe i came to Antalya i was waiting for the driver for nearly two hours,some young fella who is working for this company was keep calling to somebody and keep telling me that driver is coming in ten minutes,but like i say i was waiting for nearly couple hours...
On the last day nobody was informed me what time i will be taken from the hotel to the airport,so i called by my self and i was told i will be picked from hotel 11 pm as my gates were closing 2:30,so i was waiting in front of the hotel from 11pm,11:30 i started to worry and phone them,i was told that driver is on his way and should come in a minute,but he didn't showed up,i was taken from the hotel 1:40 by different company driver,coz they didn't showed up at all,i spend twice more money while i was keep talking with them on a phone as i payed for transfer...i get to the airport 2:35 luckily the woman at check in desk was still waiting for me and i was able to get back home..i strongly wouldn't recommend booking to anyone if you care about your nerves and money))) i think this company should be closed as soon as possible because they simply don't care about their customers,i didn't get any apologies from them...
