Mr A C from RomaniaMore visible and specify an area where they will wait us. "waiting upon arrival with a sign with your name" when exit area from arrival has 6-7 doors 40 meters in line... was not enough. Maybe "exit D from arrival" will be more easy for meeting point, contacting and so on.
Drivers was very friendly, we had a pleasant journey with them.

G B from ItalyIl servizio autobus ottimo quello che lascia a desiderare sono le pratiche burocratiche, appena arrivi devi andare al banco Viajes Urbis all’uscita n3 poi sempre tutto sudato e di corsa per non fare aspettare l’autista devi andare al banco dell’agenzia di trasporto bus Transunion poi finalmente vai all’autobus che si trova all’uscita n7 tutto questo dopo la stanchezza del volo l’attesa dei bagagli e poi non da meno tutto sudato perche’ e’ agosto! Non so se il prossimo anno usero’ ancora la vostra agenzia, facevo prima se prendevo il bus urbano. Grazie Bellavia Giuseppe

A lovely, happy, smiling, singing Colombiana immediately guided us to her minivan and took us to our destination without any fuss. She only knew a few words of English, and our command of Spanish is very limited, but there was no shortage in smiles and there was a jolly feel-good atmosphere all along. Terrific service to be honest.
