For four of us with walking luggage (so think heavy rucksacks and large suitcases for onward transmission) the vehicle size was perfect. Whole thing very comfortable, speedy, professional and worth every penny of not fighting with public transport.

He not only drove us from the Florence Airport to La Spezia without a glitch, but Lso played some beautiful music from a new male tenor group from Sicily and told us allot a oit the towns along the way. One of oir passengers left their itinery package that included some of their travel documents in the ban. Roman contacted the hotel where we were staying and dropped it off the next morning. Simply WONDERFUL service!

The driver was ready and waiting at the airport as promised. We had one member of our group arriving by plane and two of us were already there, so we had a lot of coordinating to do. Although there was some small confusion about our destination, we were able to quickly and easily fix it with no fuss at all and much laughter. The driver was informative and helpful and even gave us some history lessons about the region. Outstanding service.
