In Bourgas airport an English speaking contact person and the driver were waiting with name plate. The route confirmed with te contact person. All group-shuttle-service reserved persons and baggage packed to big taxi. Taxi condition good, seat belts working ok. Safe ride to agreed hotel. I can recommend this service.

Skulle have været retur med Shuttle Direct fra Ravda til Bourgas 27/8 mente jeg ville blive afhentet kl 20.00 men desværre var det kl 19.30 og der var jeg ikke på hotellet, det er selvfølgelig min fejl, derfor en mail inden ville være dejligt, specielt fordi jeg inden min rejse ikke kunne logge på min bestilling og måtte ringe for at få mit booking nr, som så ikke passede. Så jeg måtte tage en taxi fra hotellet. De havde så prøvet at kontakte mig og ventet men desværre havde jeg ikke hørt min tlf, min fejl helt klart, ringede dem op og måtte beklage min fejl, som sagt en mail inden eller en sms ville være at foretrække. Men ellers god sevice intet at beklage der.

Then he delibretly drove at about 20Kph slower than speed limit. There were 7 of us in his car and all our bags were nearly thrown out of the car at the end of journey before he went off . Very bad service
