The desk is very easy to find in Alicante Airport and we were met with a smile, very efficient service and then shown to our waiting bus. You can either phone 24 hours before pickup for the return journey or check online and you are met at the same point you were dropped off. Bus came within the 10 minute give or take allowed. Will definitely use again.

The instructions given for the pick-up point for the bus stop at the airport were clear and the lady at the help-desk very efficient. The charge was extremely reasonable at less than 12 Euro return. Thank you Shuttle Direct. I would highly recommend your good service which I personally received on my visit to Benidorm recently.
