It's probably my fault but I'm not sure it's as clear as it could be. However as I entered the wrong time, the customer services corrected it for me within 24 hours via email.
The chap who collected us was stood waiting exactly where he was supposed to be and we were straight out onto the bus and away from the airport, that was excellent. Coming back again he was waiting for us outside the apartments on time and he even took us on a little diversion through Palma to show us the harbour and a bit of the city, again excellent. Definitely recommend and will be using again.

Definitely money saver, if you not in rush as we waited for approx an hour for bus to load with other passengers at the airport so we arrived to our hotel later then we expected. But as I said it is good price, bus comfy and air conditioned so the waiting in bus wasn't that bad as driver left the air condition on while he was waiting for other passengers .
