Mr C from United KingdomSimple enough although the ticket print fit an A4 page so had to print off two copies. All turned out to be pointless as we weren't asked for it to or from the hotel.
There waiting for us when we landed; a very polite driver and an excellent, and spacious, air conditioned vehicle to travel in. Cannot fault the service.
Ms L from United Kingdomalthough this service has many positives - it is easy to find, goes into enough detail to be very user-friendly even if you don't know menorca, and is nearly all simple to use - my big reservation is about the dates. I was going on a 5 day holiday, but the computer automatically reset my return date for 7 days. I immediately wrote an email, but it got no response. i signalled it at the airport and the lady told me to phone a particular number. this sent me off on a total wild goose chase, wasting a day, some euros and quite some nervous energy as my Spanish wasn't up to this kind of explanation. And in the end - the transfer bus turned up for me on the right day!!! i don't know how! so, all's well that ends well of course - it's a good service; but please shuttledirect, could you reset your website to include different length holidays?
