Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema in fase di prenotazione e ci sono venuti subito in aiuto telefonandoci e organizzando comunque il nostro trasferimento. Pullman molto puliti ed autista serio e professionale. Non è la prima volta che ci affidiamo a shuttle direct e ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. Consigliatissimo.

Kiedy wyszliśmy z lotniska zgodnie ze wskazówkami na voucherze doszliśmy do punktu TNT. Tam wskazano nam konkretny autobus. Dzień przed powrotem otrzymaliśmy e-mail z godziną wyjazdu z hotelu. Bus był nawet 10 minut przed umówionym czasem. Bardzo dobrze że przy rezerwacji podaje się nr lotu, bo lecąc do Heraklionu mieliśmy godzinne opóźnienie, zatem autobus czekał na nas bez problemu.
