I tried to email the voucher from the confirmation page to myself but it never arrived in my inbox, although I had the confirmation emails. I contacted you and received a pdf of the voucher you wanted printed out. I think that it should be clear that showing the voucher on a phone or iPad should be good enough as there is rarely easy access to a printer in a hotel. and certainly not while making the booking. Also, I think the confirmatory email should have a coy of the voucher attached.
