On our latest trip to Naples, our driver was delayed due to very heavy traffic. We were kept informed of the drivers progress which was very reassuring.
For our return journey, an earlier transfer was organised for us due to road closures en-route to the airport which again was very reasuring and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time.
Will definitely be using them again.

We had the most loveliest driver - so friendly, fluent English which helped as embarrassingly our Italian was limited! Our driver gave us a super overview of Sorrento where we were staying - he also pointed out various land marks with a history lesson on the way to our hotel.
The traffic was very heavy and he guided us clearly through the journey advising us of how long it would take.
We were fortunate to have the same driver back to the airport and again he was so lovely asking us about our trip and keeping us informed along our journey.
