Mr N D from United KingdomEasy to book and easy to understand small print. They were very efficient - I told them the time I wanted to be picked up and gave them my flight number -they obviously checked the info I gave them as it the times did not coincide -MY ERROR -well done Shuttle !!!
I made an error in my booking and they clearly checked the info I gave and corrected it and let me know.
Communication was good throughout and when I told them I could not travel (within terms/conditions) they refunded immediately.
