However you got in touch to let us know this very quickly and offered a refund. It would have been easier to have a pick up time, rather than phoning the bus company to find this out.
The bus left on time and the journey was quick. We arrived in good time for our flight!

Pagas un servicio, al dia siguiente te dicen que no van al destino, intentan dejarte en un punto donde son menos km pero te cobran lo mismo.al final tuve que cancelar y de momento no me han devuelto el cobro que me hicieron. Veremos si no tengo que poner uns reclamación
