Mr D from United KingdomOur flight was delayed for over an hour but as we stepped out of the arrival hall the driver was there waiting for us and within minutes we were on our way to the hotel. Similarly on our return to the airport the driver was on time, within a few minutes, and dropped us safely for the airport. I have never used this company before but I will definitely us them again. Recommended.

Ms M from IrelandI booked a Shuttledirect private transfer from Lanzarote Airport to my hotel in Playa Blanca, teturn journey. The service was excellent, my driver was waiting at arrivals when I came through, my flight had been delayed over 30 minutes but this was not a problem. The journey time was as outlined in the booking form.
The return journey was also perfect, my driver turned up 5 minutes before the scheduled time so there was no delay getting back to the airport.
I would highly recommend and would use again.
