Originally sent a car that could not accommodate 4 people with 4 suitcases but this was soon remedied by sending a people carrier. Staff very apologetic and polite. No problem for us.

Bus was there waiting for us when we arrived. It got us to our resort with ease. Buses we're clean with plenty of room.
On the return the bus was 10minutes early, allowing us to arrive at the airport in plenty of time.
