Mrs M from United KingdomI had a bad experience with this company. My flight was delayed so I called them to let them know and asked if I could move the time I had booked my taxi. They said it was not enough notice and they didn't have any cars available later as it was a busy time. I prepaid for the service and when I complained and asked for my money back they refused. I would never use them again as their attitude was terrible.
