Mr A from United KingdomExcellent service, we found using the given directions the information booth and our documents were ready and waiting, directed to the bus and stand and was met by the driver who was pleasant and smart waiting outside a new, clean bus and assisted with loading the luggage. We had to wait about 20 minutes to collect all passengers and the journey was very comfortable and safe. We did enjoy the pre recorded message and music as it helped pass the time away. Excellent service from start to finish, would recommend them to everyone. Well done
