The RyanAir flight from Stansted was delayed by 40 mins but the driver was still at arrivals, waiting for us, with a clear sign, with my name on it. We were escorted round to the bus park to be transferred on a luxury minibus. The walk from the airport was around 5 to 6 minutes, so may not suit anyone with mobility issues, especially as you need to carry/pull your own cases and luggage. Would definitely use again.

The next day I got an email explaining the nearest stop was 3 minutes away and I also got a map showing me where which I thought was excellent, as I meeting friends so they could meet me, there was no need the bus stopped where they could see me. Also the return I was given a number to ring on my arrival to ring a day before I depart the man kindly told me where and what time. He arrived like I was told on time big smile, great service thank you so much.

Was worried about return as only gave them flight take off time and flight number. Went to contact them day before to find out pick up time and didn’t realise it was already on return ticket so didn’t need to do anything. Got a lovely big bus. Driver kindly helped us with luggage both times. Was nice to go straight to an air conditioned bus. Drivers were excellent and very smooth drivers.
