    Booking was easy, the driver was there when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful.
    We booked a baby seat and it was there waiting in the mini bus.
    Return back to the airport, driver was on time.
    All in all it was a very smooth, and seamless trip.

    Met at the airport by a lovely lady holding a card with my name on , guided me to the bus station and which number bus , nice friendly drivers dropped me outside my hotel and picked up after my holiday , as a solo single lady it’s take the stress and worry waiting for taxis and much cheaper , see ya all again soon

    Making the booking was easy and having compared other providers this was the most competitive. The driver was on time to collect us from the airport and the vehicle was of the highest standard. The driver was on time to collect us from the hotel to take us back to the airport and was pleasant and helpful. Will certainly use again.

    Group of 6, travel a lot and had our fair share of good and bad transfer experiences from lots of different companies over the years. Have to say on this trip (ACE to Playa Blanca and return) the service from Shuttle Direct was excellent. Met at Airport Arrivals exit by Representative clearly showing my name, escorted with others to awaiting drivers and vehicles close by and introduced to our driver. Quick private transfer to the hotel. On the return, we were ready in the Hotel Reception the required 15 mins before time and the very courteous lady driver appeared 5 mins later, 10 mins before time. Excellent journey to ACE airport. Travelled mid Sept 24.

    We have been travelling to playa Blanca for over 29 years and this has been the best transfer both ways, there was six of us we decided to take the personal transfer option that would take us directly to our villa and not go around all the drop off places especially as we arrived at midnight and I was worried it would get very late. Perfect and the pick up was great. I will always use them again. Thanks
