Our driver was supposed to pick us up at 04:19 in the morning from Fiumelatte and take us to Bergamo Airport. It was 04:24 already and no sight of the driver, so I called the urgent calls number. The guy seemed ok at first telling me that he will contact the driver and call me back for info. 5 minutes pass and no call back and no driver. I call again and the guy tells me that he cannot make contact with the driver if I keep calling him. 10 minutes later the driver shows up. The urgent calls guy texts me saying that he can't reach the driver by phone or anything (20 minutes after I initially called him..) . Anyway, we arrived at Bergamo airport with no issues in the end, but I do believe more communication would be helpful, like being contacted by the driver either 1 day before, or 15-30mins before being picked up.
