    From start to finish nothing was to much trouble, I booked to stay in a villa which I gave the address for and I got quoted a very reasonably price. 35 mins away £16 return. The next day I got an email explaining the nearest stop was 3 minutes away and I also got a map showing me where which I thought was excellent, as I meeting friends so they could meet me, there was no need the bus stopped where they could see me. Also the return I was given a number to ring on my arrival to ring a day before I depart the man kindly told me where and what time. He arrived like I was told on time big smile, great service thank you so much.

    We were travelling as a group of 15 people. It was so straight forward. We arrived and there was a gentleman waiting with a sign. He brought us to the bus. Was worried about return as only gave them flight take off time and flight number. Went to contact them day before to find out pick up time and didn’t realise it was already on return ticket so didn’t need to do anything. Got a lovely big bus. Driver kindly helped us with luggage both times. Was nice to go straight to an air conditioned bus. Drivers were excellent and very smooth drivers.

    Our Driver on our outward journey to Lanzarote was waiting with a very clear sign that allowed us to make contact and start our transfer promptly. He was polite, courteous and very professional. We arrived at our hotel within 25 minutes of landing which was exceptional.
    Our driver for our return leg was locely, she arrived promptly and dropped us right outside the departures enterance.
    A first class experience which saved a lot of waiting around and a long coach journey. Would really recommend using Shuttle direct and will use again when we visit Lanzarote again!

    We were met at the arrival hall and brought to our spacious minivan. Our luggage was stored in the boot for us.
    The lady driver was competent and careful, no risky overtaking or speeding.
    We were dropped off right outside our accommodation. Everything went smoothly and would definitely use this service again.
