    I was informed well in advance that I would be picked up at the hotel for my return journey. Reassurance. It was not so straightforward on the way out as I had printed out my receipt rather than the actual ticket. But the airport staff in Mallorca helped me out. I have to say, the system of waiting in the airport for a shuttle bus seemed quite chaotic and I had to wait over one hour for the bus to depart

    This was the first time we have used Shuttle Direct.
    A pick up at 0419 in the morning is a good test of any company, but our driver arrived on time, he was courteous, helpful and great company as he spoke excellent English.
    The minibus was very clean and smelled fresh, our driver checked that we were comfortable with the temperature several times and he drove very smoothly throughout.
    He dropped us at the correct door for our check in and shook hands with us on departure.
    He is a great ambassador for Majorca and your company.
