    The bus driver was super clued in to the needs of my father-in-law who needs a rollator to get around. Very attentive to his needs he even lowered the bus to make accessing the bus all the more easier. On getting off he had already got the rollator from the bus and have it ready for my father-in-law. Well done him!

    We were stuck in Palma airport for an hour and a half waiting on our luggage to come through, and our driver waited for us. Just and excellent service, have used shuttle direct for a long time and will continue to use them.

    Easy to find for outgoing and return journey. Good communication via email keeping you updated on information for return journey. Only minor point would be the wait on the bus at the airport whilst the driver scoops up passengers. This was fine as a solo traveller but more difficult for families.

    Our flight to Palma arrived late so missed our connecting coach transfer. We were asked to wait & were put on the next coach which was fine & not a very long wait. My email with our pick up time for the return journey arrived a few days in advance.
    The coach arrived a few minutes early for our return journey, the driver was very pleasant & got us to the airport in plenty of time. The only complaint I would say was the time it took at arrivals to process everyone, the queue went for miles & moved very slowly.
