No permite seleccionar la opción de pedir facturas directamente si no es por correo electrónico y en mi caso dado que pasaba noche en el aeropuerto, era dificil a estimar a que hora mi vuelo y poder seleccionar la hora de recogida, ya que como digo la salida de mi vuelo era al dia siguiente. La web es mejorable.

The first one was excellent. The second wasn't any problem but it felt like going with a privat person and less professionell. I didn´t like that at I was in the ´gate at the airport 2 hours before my flight.

El conductor llego una hora tarde y no sabemos si fue porque la empresa no le dio la hora de llegada de nuestro vuelo (21:50) y todo esto después de intentar contactar con la empresa durante mas de 45 minutos ya que el teléfono comunicaba todo el rato. Cuando lo conseguimos la verdad es que tardo poco en llegar.
Después de varios viajes contratando estos servicios a otras compañías es la primera vez que nos pasa esto

what service??? I received and email saying that they did not think I was on a Delta flight. That it was air france or klm. I have taken this flight many times and it is Delta coming in at a Delta gate. No driver showed up. I waited 40 min and called a cab. Then I get an email from shuttle direct on 2-8-14 saying that I did not show up for by pick up of return appointments. I was not due to return until on 2-14-14.
Will never used again and will not recommended to anyone. I will also dispute any charges.
