On the return journey it would have been helpful if the company had let us know our drivers car info as he was there early and waiting for us.

A única coisa a apontar é que chegaram 25 minutos depois da hora marcada. De resto o serviço foi bom. Há é que melhorar a pontualidade.

Ð’ июне 2015 заказывали транÑфер и были в воÑторге: хороший автомобиль, пунктуальный водитель. Ð’ июне 2016: проÑто кошмар. Водитель опоздал на полчаÑа, никто не вÑтречал по прибытию, пришлоÑÑŒ ÑамоÑтоÑтельно иÑкать офиÑ, хорошо, что водители из других компаний подÑказали. Ðам нужно было в Валлетту, на одну из узких улиц, понÑтно, что машина туда не проехала бы и Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¾ никак не подвезти до Ñамого дома. Ðо водитель выÑадив Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð» неправильное направление и мы ещё минут двадцать Ñ Ð±Ð°Ð³Ð°Ð¶Ð¾Ð¼ блуждали по ночному городу. Мне очень нравитÑÑ ÑÐµÑ€Ð²Ð¸Ñ shuttledirect, но нужно внимательный выбирать партнёров обеÑпечивающих уÑлугу.

No one at airport to meet us at airport for 5 mins then a man met us who was greeting a few people and asked us to wait aside. When our driver did not turn up he assigned us to a different driver who did not know where we were going. Gave him the address but still dud not know the way to hotel. Had to stop and ask locals and we gave him further directions
The return journey driver could not find the street. Our hotel had to ring him and direct him and we walked to another street to meet him. He was half hour late
Both cars hardly looked roadworthy one had all engine lights on and the seat belts were not useable

Al mio arrivo all'aeroporto di Malta ho avuto difficoltà ad individuare l'autista a me destinato. Nessuna persona con il cartello ad aspettarmi. Per il ritorno difficoltà a contattare il n° di telefono al quale richiedere l'orario pick-up dall'hotel verso l'aereoporto (tentativi per circa 20 minuti continui perchè la linea risultava sempre occupata). Una volta presa la comunicazione venivo informato che era stato stabilito (da chi? e senza che mi venisse chiesto l'OK) che sarebbero passati a prendermi alle ore 9:30. Alle mie rimostranze che era troppo presto per un volo previsto alle 12:20, considerato che il tragitto dall'hotel all'aeroporto si percorre al massimo in 30 minuti ,rispondevano in maniera non esauriente .
Il mezzo è poi arrivato a prendermi alle 10:00 facemdomi aspettare 1/2 ora in strada.

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we were concerned that your driver would not be there to pick us up (11.00pm!). Not only was he waiting for us but managed to transfer us to the hotel in very quick time. Excellent service! Unfortunately we left one of our bags in the car and had to go to your main office to retrieve it the following day. Although we successfully got it back I was a little surprised that you would have charged 20 euros to drop it off back at our Valletta hotel the next day. I don't mind paying extra but thought that was a bit steep for a central location.

A tale of 2 transfers - pick up from Malta airport shocking. Booked for 9 with 9 bags - vehicle too small driver couldn't/wouldn't load them due to his bad back and we had to physically stop them from tumbling on us during the ride. Driver moaned about the English as we refused to tip him
Totally different story hotel to airport. Newer much larger vehicle, driver turned up early and was extremely helpful.

Perhaps the pick up time from the hotel for the return flight could have been slightly later ... say 11.20 for the 14.20 flight instead of 10.45.
