The driver wasnt waiting when we arrived but after a quick email we were told he was a couple of minutes away. he apologised and we went on our way. I damaged my phone whilst on holiday and was rendered phoneless, so I emailed them asking if they would please contact us on my husbands phone with pick up details, for our return trip. This was done and we were picked up on time. both friendly but professional drivers, clean cars and pleasant drive both times. would use again.

We were collected after 22h00 by our friendly driver who drove us for 45 minutes to our hotel. Price was really good and the driver was brilliant and his vehicle was so comfortable. Will always us Shuttledirect.
