    I booked shuttledirect earlier in the year for an early morning flight and they didn’t turn up. I had to take a taxi I did keep my receipt and the refunded the difference. I was unsure a book booking with them on this trip but glad I did excellent service arrived on time and and air conditioned coach.

    I booked in error the wrong date it should have been for the 13 th not 18th hence no taxi for us in Plama airport I immediately cancelled the booking not to have the driver go on the 18 th. This company refunded my fee within a few working days and they were prompt to reply and easy to communicate with unlike some.

    Die Buchung war sehr einfach und flexibel! Alles verlief super und man konnte den Shuttle direkt finden. Zudem waren die Busfahrer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder :)

    Was so easy to book online. Mentioned we had a child under 2 and didn't need to pay extra for a car seat. When we arrived the driver had an option of car seats and we were able to choose the right size for our little boy. On our return journey the driver even put on nursery rhymes to keep our little boy entertained without us asking.
    Price was really reasonable, considering the cost of other private transfers, and would definitely use again!
