Excellent door to door service. Great not to have to think about negotiating trains late at night. Driver very polite and carried our case. A very reasonable price and even better when we came to leave the hotel, knowing that we would be fetched and would not have to worry about making our way by buses to the airport. En mi caso fui a Roma para iniciar un circuito y el hotel del primer día no era el mismo que el del último día. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con el correo indicado para que me corrigieran el voucher y no tener ningún problema

Con el servicio de Roma ciudad al aeropuerto, tuve problemas al acordar la hora de recogida en el hotel, ya que el operador local no hablaba español y confundían mi reserva con el de otra persona española que tenía una reserva hecha pero a otro aeropuerto (el de Fiumicino) y que se alojaba en el mismo hotel. Hubo mucha confusión hasta que se aclaró unas horas antes del servicio

Ms A from TurkeyWe made an easy booking, but unfortunately we missed our flight. I called the number on the voucher and postponed my shuttle service to next day without charge. The lady speaks English well and was very helpful.
We had a baggage problem at the airport so we had to wait nearly an hour and a half. But when exiting the airport I called the service and they described me where to go to take the shuttle. We got our shuttle very fast and the driving was also good. Thank you for all the help!
