Mr. J from NetherlandsDe bus vertrok, bij aankomst op het vliegveld, vrij snel naar onze bestemming. Waar wij op hooguit 5min. lopen van ons verblijf werden afgezet. De bus was schoon en de chaufeur was vriendelijk. De reis duurde ongeveer een uur maar dat was aangenaam mede door de verkoeling van de airco.
Ook de terugreis, 14 dagen later, ging perfect en voortvarend.

The 8 seater minibus we had was superb, fully air conditioned, comfortable leather individual seats, beautiful like new taxi. 10 out of 10 .Also we had a different drIver on our return but both were very polite and helpful also very neatly dressed. Good value as well so we will most definitely use shuttle direct again.

On arrival at Alicante airport, I presented my voucher to their desk just outside arrivals and was directed to the relevant coach. We departed for Benidorm after about 15 minutes. I had booked my drop off point as an apartment and street number, the driver dropped me off at a hotel a few yards away and very helpfully gave me directions. I believe it is policy not to drop off at private addresses. Full marks to the driver for delivering this excellent service.
