Very impressed with service. Driver was very smart and personable. Easily made contact immediately outside airport terminal. Clear signage using ipad type device. Journey from airport to hotel was very smooth. The vehicle was an MPV type suitable for 5 passengers and appeared to be very clean and well maintained. On return journey a reminder text was sent on morning of pick up and the same driver arrived at the designated time at our hotel. Would highly recommend this service.

My friends and I were worried we may miss our shuttle but a friendly driver was waiting for us with my name on a paper even two hours after our flight arrival. Finding our Shuttle Direct driver was swift and easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
Our driver drove us to our hotel but the door to our hotel was locked and closed. My friend and I waiting outside for around an hour hoping someone from the reception would come to the door. This wasn't your ordinary hotel. It was a small space. But our driver literally waited with us and somehow got us inside after the receptionist came to the door. With little knowledge of the Italian language, our driver went above and beyond and helped us find a place to stay (after a little mix up with booking times). The driver had a long conversation with the receptionist and even helped us find a room! Our driver literally deserves an award. My friend even gave him a huge tip although tipping is not common in Italy. Amazing service. I'm shocked.

Mr D from Maltait took time to get answers for my enquiries. also, I felt I was cheated for having to pay additional 20 euro just to stop at two very close hotels. this translates into 25% additional cost for a 3 minute drive when the trip from Fiumicino costed 82 euro. This might not entice me to book again for your service
