Mrs G W from United KingdomThe driver was waiting for us as soon as we got our luggage. He took the luggage and led us to the car where he gave us some wipes to freshen up and a local sweet. He drove well and had us at our hotel in 35 minutes. I would definitely recommend

Bei der Buchung ist mir ein Fehler bei der Abflugzeit unterlaufen, dem Service ist es aufgefallen und hat die Abholzeit korrigiert. Vielen Dank dafür, ansonsten wäre der Flieger ohne uns los!!!

Despite trying to contact the number given for confirmation of the return pick up I was unable to contact them until I tried ringing the emergency number to be told that all transfers had been cancelled by the Company with the local agents. I was told to arrange a transfer myself and obtain a receipt and reclaim on my return to the UK. Upon my return I found an email informing me that the transfer had been cancelled because of demand and the money returned to my credit card. I had previously been advised when booking this transfer that in the event of any problems they would let me know via mobile phone as I am saddo who check emails whilst on holiday. I would not use this company again.

We were told that after collecting our luggage we would be met by a driver holding up a sign with our name. After arriving late naturally in the dark we of course were relieved that we would have a hassle free transfer to our hotel. Everybody else off our flight found their transport & off they went but us we were still standing outside the airport looking for ours. My husband rang the office & got an answer phone in Greek, left a message & we waited. Cut a long story short the transport never arrived. 2 days before we were leaving to come home we missed a call but received a text message to say that the taxi we booked to go back to the airport had been cancelled & would be refunded, we had to arrange alternative transport. The refund arrived very quickly but had to point out we also needed a refund for the one that left us stranded. Really disappointed as wanted hassle free transfers. Going away in August so glad we didn't book that at the same time. Hate moaning but you asked
