The driver was apologetic but it was a concern. The transfer was really good from then on. We were a bit anxious about the return but it was fine

Our flight was delayed but The service desk at Menorca Airport greeted us by name and directed us to the shuttle with no problems
The collection and pick up drivers were lovely. They helped with the cases and shuttle was air conditioned and clean.
