I had to cancel a transfer as my flight was cancelled. I was surprised to find I would be charged 10€ to cancel a 6€ booking ! I have been refunded, but this does taint my view or the company. I have booked 7 transfers this month with Shuttledirect.

Only thing is it didn't drop me off outside the hotel. I did need to get out and walk down a road but I was pointed in the right direction and it was only 100yards down the hill. Again..hardly worth complaining about but just something to bear in mind incase you have heavy luggage. Would definately use them again
