This was entirely unsatisfactory and unacceptable.
We were 'up and ready' at 6.30, but no sign of a car. I called Viajes Alameda at 6.45 -the conversation was difficult. Apparently the 'taxi was in Cadaques', 'could we say the names of some other streets?' and 'could we go to the Port?'. This was frustrating as the Sat Nav on our car had identified our street perfectly easily and brought us straight here. I appreciate that streets in Cadaques are steep and narrow, but it is a well known destination and it is reasonable to expect some 'local knowledge' from a driver. At 7.00 I squeezed the five passengers and the bicycle (illegally) into a four seater car and drove to the airport myself. On hte way further phone calls attempting to 'link up with the driver' were unsuccesful
