Alex, the driver for my Ibiza connection to my hotel was SUPER friendly and his bus was immaculate.
Coming back it's really important to have the paperwork they gave me on the first trip, to validate my return (which was easy enough to confirm pickup time through their website, you can even let them know what time your return flight is BEFORE you even get to the country) and it helped that reception at my hotel DID receive a confirmation fax from the shuttle people, so that was an added piece of paperwork to show "I am suppose to be be on this return bus" as my return driver was a little frosty. That said, I was at the airport in plenty of time and it was great to see such a professional service provided in a world where so much can seem a bit slap-dash.

Arrived at Ibiza airport our Taxi Transfer was awaiting at the arrivals gate, dropped straight off to apartments in Es canar within 30 mins. No hassle.
On return pick up, I noticed our departure flight was earlier than I thought and called Shuttle Direct who contacted the local taxi to pick us up earlier. The driver was brilliant he realised we could potentially miss our flight and took shortcuts in order for us to get to the airport in time. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great price for private transfer compared to competitors.
