I also panicked abit when my scheduled pickup was slightly late. But that said, I called and customer service is absolutely superb. This company is simply the best. I would only suggest to provide customers with SMS updates and not make us call to confirm pickup. Instead text or even email us (which is like totally free) to confirm when our pickups will be and that we should contact IF there are to be any changes. Tjat would be flawless. Pricate transfers are still super crazy price so shuttles still represent the best value. Accuracy of pickup and drop off is something also that competitors do not match. Pricing is still tlreasoable so please do not go crazy with increases. Vacations are very expensive already so keeping transfers at a reasonable pricepoint is good for everybody. Some competitors don't get this. My arrival pickup was outstanding. Iberia left my case behind for the 3rd time so I was standing in the baggage hall like an idiot for ages so was later for my pcikup window. Their contact made so to actually come to look for me which was amazing because I was worried that the driver would leave without me, so that was a blessing. I could not have afforded 200 EUR0 to get a taxi/private transfer, had I missed my window entirely. I honestly truly love this company and will continue to use them wherever a transfer is required and I can still get great value. Grrat job people. Love y'all. Safety and reliabilty perfection.

According to their instructions, there is a 10-minute window for pickup delays, which is perfectly reasonable. However, we ended up waiting about 25 minutes past the scheduled time, which was a bit longer than expected. That said, it didn’t cause any major issues since they had scheduled the pickup about 3 hours before my flight departure, so I still had plenty of time.
Once the shuttle arrived, the ride to the airport was comfortable and efficient. The service overall was excellent, and I would definitely use Shuttle Direct again, just hopefully with a more timely pickup next time!

R from Germanywir hatten einen problemlosen, angenehmen und pünktlichen Bustransfer vom Flughafen Fuerteventura zu unserem Hotel in Esquinzo und auch wieder retour. Bei der Anreise stand der Bus bereits am Flugafen und fuhr wenig später ab. Die Abholung erfolgte nur wenige Minuten nach der vereinbarten Zeit, obwohl bereits einige Urlauber vor uns zugestiegen waren. Bei beiden Fahrten wurde ein moderner sauberer Bus eingesetzt.
