Shuttle Direct were on time in each case and the drivers were most helpful. Local buses did not start running in time to get us to the airport and taxi fares are high. One criticism is that it was not clear to me when and how you found out the pick up time from accommodating to airport

Our driver was excellent, although we had no spanish and he hardly any english he managed to sort out the navigation to our accommodation with the agent over his phone whilst driving us there, it was early hours of the morning and the place was very difficult to find. After having such a traumatic day we appreciated him looking after us.
