Fr. S from GermanyWir leben in Berlin und nutzen seit vielen Jahren den Shuttle Direct-Transfer. Es war immer alles hervorragend. Wir haben immer eine SMS und eine E-Mail mit der Abholzeit aus Salou erhalten. Dieses Mal haben wir zwar bezahlt und den Voucher erhalten, aber keine Bestätigung bekommen. Das hat uns sehr überrascht. Wir mussten dreimal anrufen. Man sagte uns, der Transfer würde um 10:55 Uhr kommen. Wir warteten schon um 10:45 Uhr am vereinbarten Ort, aber der Transfer kam nicht.
Wir riefen noch zweimal an, und schließlich sagte man uns: „Keine Sorge.“ Wir hatten aber schon 40 Minuten gewartet, wir waren nervös, wir wussten nicht, ob wir ein Taxi rufen müssten, denn mit dem Bus von Busplana hätten wir unseren Flug nach Berlin nicht mehr erreicht.
Schließlich wurde ein Auto geschickt – ein Mercedes-Bus, mit einem sehr höflichen Fahrer. Die Fahrt verlief sehr schnell. Wir sind sehr froh, dass der Transfer doch noch erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde.
Bitte überprüfen Sie in Zukunft, ob die Abholzeit an die Gäste auch wirklich gesendet wurde, wenn Sie eine Buchung erhalten.
Insgesamt würden wir Shuttle Direct trotzdem mit „sehr gut“ bewerten.

Mr K from United KingdomWe arrived around 90 minutes late due to electrical issues with our flight to Barcelona, however the transfer agent had our name up on a board and iPad, and called the office to arrange our transport along with 3 other couples, we were told which pickup bay to go to and showed where it was and only had to wait around 40 minutes for a minibus to arrive for us all, return journey was literally spot on time from opposite our hotel and arrived at the airport with plenty of time before our flight.
Overall it was an excellent service and we shall be using them for our next holiday transfer.
