Ms S from GermanyAll very simple and smooth. One slight glitch - when travelling, the option to print out a voucher is not always available - perhaps some thought could be given to another way of doing this? Mobile voucher for smart phone, perhaps?
Our driver was punctual, polite and friendly. Despite awful traffic - which he did his best to get around - he never lost his cool and was just as pleasant when we arrived. I will definitely use this service again.
