Faultless service. The driver was waiting for us, and easy to find. He was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very clean and a pleasure to ride in. It fit all 7 of us, and our 7 bags with ease. The driver was patient in the London peak hour traffic, and drove us safely to our destination.
