Hr. K from SwitzerlandAlles ok und gut gelaufen. Mit den Koffern hätte es aber sehr knapp werden können. Doch statt 4 Koffer welche angemeldet wurden, hatten wir nur 3 Koffer dabei. Ein 4. Purchase via internet fine - but confirmation lacked pick-up time - reception desk at hotel had to phone about 5 numbers to find out what it was

Att man vid hemresan behövde ringa eller gå in online för att se pickup-time verkar konstigt.
Man borde kunna få ett SMS med uppgifterna. Även transporten till flygplatsen fungerade oklanderligt.

Mr A from United KingdomWould preferred to have received an email regarding pick up time rather than have to call. The coach was fine, cool and spacious. We arrived at the airport very early though-only downside. Needed to be there by midday but got there just after 10am so a lot of hanging around.

Dhr. E from Netherlandsgemakkelijk te boeken en afspraken worden goed nagekomen. Heenreis moesten we wel wachten op een paar andere vliegtuigen en transfer duurde lang omdat onze accommodatie het verst weg lag. Terug ging prima en rechtstreeks naar het vliegveld.

If you write on the voucher that a chauffeur will be waiting upon arrival with a sign with your name, you expect this. However, nobody was waiting for us and we had to search for the company which was not so easy either as the sign of Shuttle Direct is very small and difficult to see. The rest of the transfer was fine.

We were kind of lost when we arrived. Our names didn't appear anywhere, we have to search for staff people inside and outside the airport.
Ms b from United KingdomWe found it a bit chaotic at Rhodes airport, as our flight was delayed so had to find our shuttle and there was so many buses coaches and people.It stopped at many hotels so took a long time.
Returning was much better only 2 stops.But overall a good service for the money,was recommended by our wedding planner.

the shuttle was waiting for us when our flight landed and picked up 6 more people, after 30m we were on our way, got to lindos in an hour, driver drove very carefully.
For the pickup i called a day before, i found that there is a mistake in the departing flight number (not sure if it was my mistake when filling it in, probably not), after a couple of hours i called back and they said they fixed it and will pick me up at the correct hour.
the bus was there on time exactly, unfortunately the A/C was not very good in the bus and it was very hot, all passengers complained, but the driver could not help - he was sweating as well.
