The service was just what we needed. Someone waiting for us as we arrived in Italy and to whisk us to the car. The vehicle was luxurious and large and most importantly was air conditioned. The driver was polite and helpful. He had enough knowledge of English to let us know what was going to happen and where we were. He was also prompt on picking us up for the return journey. The transfers were the easiest part of our journey in both directions.

Shuttle was on time, driver was curteous, brought me to my location quickly and safely. He knew the area very well and helped me find the correct address (because I had the wrong street address for my destination).

My driver was a little a late which honestly wasn't really a problem but I panicked just a little. My italian is very poor and I was expecting to come through arrivals and see a name board so when I didn't , I was a little stressed out wondering if my car had been forgotten and how would i get to my destination. The driver was only 20 mins late and when he arrived he was LOVELY! He carried my bags and was an excellent driver! I felt very safe and the journey was relaxing which after a busy day of travel was very much appreciated. He dropped me right at the door of my hotel, carried my bags and saw me inside to reception. He was a complete professional and a gentlemen. I will absolutely be using Shuttle Direct again on this trip and would have no hesitation in recommended the service to my friends. Regards Victoria

I was able to call the office and was told there was an accident that caused the driver to be late, but he would be there soon. That was fine ... as long as I knew he was coming. However, for my return trip, my voucher said driver would show up at 12:53. I waited an extra 10 minutes, then called the office. It was Saturday, and the office closed at 1 pm. So ... I was not able to get confirmation that the driver was on his way. I waited until 1:45, then had to make other arrangements. I am presently waiting to see what they do about this ... There should be a way for drivers to contact the customer to let them know they are on the way, or not!!
